Delete your Tivelis account

Effective from 8 October 2026

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Vietnamese version (Xoá tài khoản) is the original text; if the two versions differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.

You can delete your Tivelis account and all of your data at any time, free of charge.

Option 1: Delete it in the app

Sign in to Tivelis on your phone (Android, iPhone) or on the web.
Open Settings and choose Delete account.
Type DELETE ACCOUNT exactly as shown to confirm, then tap delete. (If the app is in Vietnamese, type XOA TAI KHOAN instead.)

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2: Send a request by email

If you cannot sign in, send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Tivelis account deletion request”, including your username (or the Google email you use to sign in). To avoid deleting the wrong account, we may ask for additional verification. Requests are processed within 7 working days.

Data that is deleted

Account information and your Google and Telegram links.
All transactions, wallets, budgets, recurring transactions, debts, assets, goals and categories.
Attached receipt and document photos.
Notifications, notification device tokens and AI analysis history.

Note: account deletion cannot be undone. If you want to keep your data, download a copy in Settings on the web version before deleting.

Data that may be kept

Server logs (IP address, access time) are kept for up to about 30 days and then deleted automatically.
System backups may still contain data until they are overwritten according to the backup cycle.
Information that the law requires us to keep (if any).
