Terms of Use

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Vietnamese version (Điều khoản sử dụng) is the original text; if the two versions differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.

By creating an account or using Tivelis on the web, Android, iOS or Telegram, you agree to the terms below and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Tivelis is a tool for recording and tracking personal finances: income and expenses, wallets, budgets, debts, assets, goals and reports. Tivelis is not a bank, an e-wallet or a credit institution; it does not hold money, transfer money, lend money or broker investments.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tivelis.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity in your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect your account is being used without your permission.
Each person should use one account; accounts may not be bought, sold or transferred.

3. Your data

The data you enter belongs to you. You allow us to store and process that data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and your data at any time.

4. Information is for reference only

Reports, analyses, AI suggestions, asset prices, interest estimates and goal plans are for your reference only and are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
The AI may misunderstand what you type; check transactions before saving them. Market prices come from public sources and may be delayed or inaccurate.
You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

5. Fees

New accounts can use all features free of charge for the first 30 days.
After 30 days, the account moves to the Free plan: you can still use the main features and keep all of your data, but some features and quantities (wallets, assets, debts, budgets, recurring rules) are limited.
Paid plans are described in section 6. You will not be charged unless you have agreed.
AI features are subject to reasonable usage limits to ensure quality for everyone.

6. Paid plans and automatic renewal

The Premium plan removes quantity limits and unlocks paid features, for a period of one month or one year. Plans can be purchased through the payment channels Tivelis supports, including the App Store. The price shown in the channel you buy from, at the time you buy, is the price that applies.
Plans bought through the App Store: Apple charges your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The plan renews automatically for the period you chose; Apple charges for the new period within 24 hours before the current period ends, unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
Manage or cancel your plan on your iPhone in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect from the next period; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your Tivelis account does not automatically cancel a plan bought through the App Store.
Refunds for plans bought through the App Store follow Apple's policy; request them at reportaproblem.apple.com. A refunded plan ends on the day of the refund.
New accounts get a free 30-day trial of all features. If you buy a plan during the trial, the plan starts immediately and the remaining trial days are not added on.

7. Prohibited conduct

Using Tivelis for unlawful purposes, fraud or money laundering.
Uploading content that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
Accessing the system without authorization, probing or scanning it, overloading it or interfering with it; exploiting bugs instead of reporting them to us.
Using automated programs to send large numbers of requests, or abusing the AI features.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach the rules above.

8. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the service running reliably and your data safe, but we do not promise that the service will never be interrupted or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Tivelis, including financial decisions based on figures or suggestions in the app.

9. Changes to the service and these terms

We may update features and these terms. When we make significant changes, we update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you in the app. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will preferably be resolved through negotiation; if that fails, they will be resolved by the competent authorities of Vietnam.
